FAQ

Will my order have a tracking number?

All international orders will come with a tracking number.

Tracking numbers for domestic orders can be selected as a shipping upgrade at checkout.

Item(s) not arriving on time

Please note that I ship from Australia. For overseas customers, this would mean that it can take up to 2-4 weeks for your items to get to you. For domestic customers it's between 3-10 days.

Packages that are travelling overseas are also subjected to custom checks, this can also slow down the process of the items getting to you.

Packages for domestic customers are not considered lost until 21 days have past, for overseas customers the item will be considered lost if it has not reached you within 41 days.

Return Policy and Lost Items

All purchases are made final. I do not accept returns unless the item you've received is lost or damaged in transit. Please contact me and I will be happy to refund you or send you a new item. However, if you order is lost during to entering the wrong address, moving, etc., shipping fee will be charged for resending your order.

Damaged Goods

The customer will have to provide proof of the item damaged on arrival with a clear photograph.

I will usually offer to replace the item or refund the item if the damage makes the items unsalvageable.

Items are replaceable/refundable only 1 week upon the customer receiving the items. After the 1 week is up I am no longer held accountable to any damaged done to the items therefore no returns or exchanges are allowed.
